9 a.m.
2 Allopurinol 100mg- Tablet by Mouth Daily
1 Xarelto 15mg- Take 1 Tablet by Mouth Daily
1 Valsartan (Diovan) 40mg - (for blood pressure and congestive heart failure) Take Two Tables by Mouth Daily
1 Bayer Aspirin 81 mg (to prevent heart attacks and strokes)
1 Doxycycline Mono 100mg (helps his mucous membrane pemphigoid symptoms) Take 1 Capsule by Mouth Daily
1 Amlodipine Besylate 2.5mg- Take 1 Tablet by Mouth Daily.
1 Colchicine 0.6 mg - Take 1 Capsule by Mouth Every Other Day
Restasis (cyclosporine) 1 drop each eye (for mucous membrane pemphigoid) Twice a day
As Needed: 2 Tylenol (acetaminophen) 2 Tablets (may repeat up to three times a day total as needed, for pain at least six hours apart)
As Needed: (Metamucil mixed with a full glass of liquid. Start with just 1/8 dose daily after one week, 2/8 for one week, 3/8 for one week, etc., until reaching the full dose.)
9 p.m.
1 Furosemide 20 mg- 1 Tablet by Mouth Daily
