The Presidential election seemed very close until after the polling places closed on the East Coast. Up until the ballots began to be counted, it looked as though Mrs. Clinton would gradually change Obamacare in some unclear way, while there was an outside possibility Mr. Trump would repeal it completely and replace it. Since Donald Trump did win the election, it looks as though he will replace it. Either way, the Affordable Care Act seemed destined for major modification.
